FF5 Blue Magic Help

I am in World 3 and I have some Blue Magics to find. It looks like there are only 30 Blue Magics in the game, but I was using a list that said there was 31 (http://faqs.ign.com/articles/609/609746p1.html).

Using the list of 31 Blue Magics, I marked off all but 8. However, I only see 7 slots, so it looks like one of these is a phony.

The mark-off list I am using says I have these to find. Again, 1 of them must be a double with a different name.

L.3 Flare (I know where to find this one)
L.4 Quarter (I know where to find this one)
Mustard Bomb

Does anyone know where I can get a hold of the remaining Blue Magics in World 3? Thanks.
