Just wanted to know if the FF games with actual voice audio that are out and will come out (FF12) will be able to have japanese audio and english subtitles.

Nope. None of the ones that have voice audio have the option to switch to a Japanese language track. Sorry! And I don’t believe that Square will have that in VIII, but we’ll have to see about that, though I think that the odds are pretty low.
