Fav Type of VGM

Whats your favorite type of Video game music, like what style, like rock,soft,orchestral?

Mine is anything with suspense and action like The tom clancy games.

Y’know, that’s an interesting thought. Years ago it was simply anything done by Capcom (SF style). Today, I’d say it’s either hard fast rock (example, Guilty Gear) or a techo beat found in doujin shmups (Tsukihime no Shiro or Tobi Tsukihime). What really sounds good is if you can find rock techno mixed with strings (it’s not very techno, but ALiBAT is a nice example).
