OK… I was just curious about your opinion on http://www.fanfiction.net

Personally, my opinion is wishy-washy. There’s WAY too much AC Gundam fics… and most of them nowadays are just stuff like "The G-boyz sing karaoke", more 1×2’s than you could shake a stick at… and "parodies" of… everything! Jeebus, can’t they stop writing such things? But every once in a while, an enjoyable, original story is posted there.

Another thing I dislike is that for EVERY topic there you can find at least ONE yaoi story. Not that yaoi isn’t bad or anything… it’s just…

Anyways, I’m going to stop rambling and hear your opinion…

I have no problems with fanfiction.net except the fact that it’s always screwy at that one moment when you wanna upload a chapter or something, like whener I’m about to update my FF3 fanfic (20 moments of anger trying to upload chapters so far)

"AC Gundam" is the breeding ground for bad, overly-done fanfictions… ’nuff said.

And what’s with the bad VashxWolfwood/WolfwoodxVash fics there?

Personally I like fanfiction.net
The thing about the fanfics is they are all written by people. Of course all fanfics are written by people that’s why they’re fanfics. That’s why I put a link to it in my sig.

So far I’ve only used it for FFVIII fics and my opinion is mixed. First of all, there’s way too much "lemon" or whatever you want to call it, too much porn. I don’t know about the rest of you but I don’t like picturing videogame characters doing… that. And there are also way too many "songfics," I hate those stupid things.

But, despite all that, there are some good stories there. And it’s the only place I can find with a lot of FFVIII fic. So it’s got a lot of faults but overall it’s not a bad place.

No, really, I love associating Squall and Rinoa’s relationship with N’Sync songs. :rolleyes: RAGE.

I like that web site I read a lot of fan fics from that site
