This is one mark that i just CANNOT draw out!
The guide says: it appears when it is snowing really fast on the west bank of Silverflows End in the Paramina Rift….but for some reason, it just isn’t snowing fast enough like i’ve seen in other areas.
I’m just wondering if having a guest (i.e. Reddas) is affecting the appearance of this mark…..

First, talk to Relj, the petitioner in Mt. Bur-Omisace, to initiate a snowstorm in the Paramina Rift. Instead of heading south through Frozen Brook, head west upon leaving Mt. Bur-Omisace into Head of the Silverflow and then travel south into Icebound Flow. There, take the southeast exit to Karydine Glacier and then head through the southwest exit to arrive at Silverflow’s End where Fafnir will be waiting.

Well, I am having that very similar problem, I can get a blizzard going.
I find the area…but its either light snow, or no snow…somethings wrong here…
