bottom left tentacle is weak vs fire. bottom right is weak vs ice. use edgars drill and sabins aurabolt against the bottom right tentacle until its dead. then use sabins fire dance and any other fire attack against the rest. itll take a while so make sure celes heals a lot. i hope this helps.

Drill, and play around with him untill you find the weakness. If all else fails, make sure you have the best armor and weapons available, and maybe gain some levels, as that helps alot.
