Trader’s little Helper (http://tlh.easytree.org/) can convert .wav to .mp3… as for .midi… you might want to try here:

I don’t know if it works, seeing as I’ve never needed to try before.

Another suggestion for you should you need a different midi – mp3 program.
Theirs one out their i use called "Switch sound file converter", it works for midis coz iv used it with FF stuff.
Its made by NCH i think. Hope this helps ^_^
