drops: lv.3 and lv.4 key spheres

what creatures drop these lv.3 , and 4 key spheres , and i don’t mean bosses.

Lev 3: Dropped by:
– Defender Z(Yevon Dome, Omega Ruins)
– Behemoth King(Inside Sin)
– Demonolith(Inside Sin, Omega Ruins)
– Machea(Omega Ruins)

Lev 4: Dropped by Land Worm(Inside Sin)

There are no monsters that drop Lv. 4 key spheres.. But you can bribe them from a Chimera Brain. You need 196,000 gil and you get two lv. 4 key spheres. You can also steal one from Nemesis in the monster arena.

go into the Omega Ruins, that answeres ur question.

get ur butts moving and steal them from Nemisis. for only 25,000 gil, instead of 196,000.

Funny, for some reason I’ve gotten Lv. 4 spheres from the Omega Ruins. Lv. 3 is the thing that I keep having trouble with…

Really? I’ve only gotten level 3 key spheres.

I recommend challenging Nemesis and then mugging some from him. If one of your characters run away, then everything you mug from him you will still keep. So for only 25,000 gil, you could get 10 or more Lvl. 4 Key Spheres, and then all you would have to do is access the save menu and replenish your HP!

First of all what is nemesis and how do I get to be able to fight him in the arena.Second of all can you get them from the things that have the eyes that you have to hit in an order.

Yeah, Omega Weapon gives you like 4 Lvl 4 Key Spheres when you kill him. I also had the problem with Lvl 3s.

Bribe a Demonolith for 900,000 Gil (I know, holy shit) for 40 level 3 key spheres. There is also a remote chance you’ll get one when you kill a DefenderZ. Personally, I found Teleport and Friend spheres useful when I got up to a level 3 lock, because I could never find the spheres :).

1. Nemesis is the strongest boss in both the original Japanese and American versions. He has 10,000,000 HP and virtually maxed out stats, except he has 0 evasion. Why bother when you have that much HP, right?

2. You will be able to fight him in the arena once you’ve:

A: Captured ten of every monster.

B: Defeated every monster that he has created.

C: Have 25,000 gil to pay just to fight him.

He is REALLY hard, and pretty much the only way you will win is by summoning an Aeon with Yuna just before he attacks your party. That way, he can’t kill you, which he usually does. Armageddon always takes 99,999 HP out of everyone and Ultra Spark takes around 10,000-20,000 HP with Protect, Shell, and maxed stats, but also causes poison. Those are the two you should watch out for.

3. Magic Urns? No, I don’t think so. Then again, I really don’t know. I’ve never gotten them, but that’s just me.

On a side note: Can you ever really defeat the Magic Urn? I can’t. THAT THING IS TOUGH! I once was able to cast Doom on it via one of Kimarhi’ Overdrives, but it didn’t die. I hate that thing….

1. wrong, Penance is the hardest boss

2. hes not that hard, if you have max defence stats he only takes off about 8000 with every attack

3. its impossible to defeat a magic urn

1. I said ORIGINAL versions, not International. 😮 :p

2. He is hard because unless you take so much time getting max stats and over 50,000 HP, you’ll have to summon Aeons for him to kill. You probably will anyway, just because he has so much HP.

And no, Armageddon will do a wee bit more than 8000. More than 80,000 now that you mention it.
