I’ve done it before as well… Just because I forgot to press Circle a couple of times… Aah well…
It would’ve been cooler if you’d been able to lose to Sephiroth and then have Meteor decimate the planet and have Sephiroth become the Omni-God of the Universe. Alas, it is the nature of Final Fantasy games not to have multiple endings. Well, bar X-2. Or so I’ve heard.
