Did anybody think that shepy and beatrix reminded you of each other

Hey I might just am being stupid, but for some reason when I first saw Beatrix in cinema I thought that she reminded me of shephiroth from ff7. Just like when I first saw Zidane I thought of cloud I dunnno just a thought. Did any body else think the same way about any of the other characters reminding you of someone else from another game?

Beatrix was unlike any other woman FF character I have ever come across. Most of the women were all magic users / skilled martial artists of some sort. And here is Beatrix, a beautiful sword wielding maniac who constantly beats the crap out of your party. :E

I guess the closest to her would be Paine in terms of sword wieldiness, but then the Job System goes and destroys that…

Shepy / Shephiroth – she’s talking about Sephiroth. And no, no way. She didn’t remind me of Sephiroth at all. Not only that, but she’s way cooler than Sephiroth.

No, Beatrix cant be compared to Sephiroth. I just thought of her as another enemy. An indestructible (well you couldnt beat her 3 times) and powerful enemy. But not as powerful as Sephiroth of course.

I don’t think she reminded me of Sephy but I definetely think she is hot in terms of IX character models.:D 😉

I stick by my initial answer though: Beatrix is kick ass. And yes, she is nothing like Sephiroth. Her heart eventually won out to love…

Ok maybe it was just me. But it wasnt the fighting style that made me think of shepiroth it was just the way they looked i guess. with the hair and all. That was the first initial thought that came to mind when i saw her.

Beatrix didn’t give me a Sephiroth feel at all.

Zidane didn’t make me think of Cloud either. Though he did give me a little bit of a Locke feel.

I guess that i’m just wierd then
