And yes it’s different due to Academy rules. FYCs must contain music used in the film, not just written for the film like it used to be.

I just put that there because sometimes the retail OSTs have film versions or slightly edited version of the music as it is in the film. I didn’t specifically compare every track but cursory comparisons concluded that they were slightly different. Then there’s some like the Mississippi Grind one which doesn’t even have a score release at all.
