Converting and splitting an NFC file… help!

OK, this is my first time doing this sort of thing. I have, as you can imagine, many questions.

1.) How do I convert a NFC file over to mp3?
2.) How do I spilt these files?
3.) How do I loop and fade them out?

Inquiring minds need to know! Thanks. 😉

1.) Do you mean NSF? (NFC is some weird Nokia Cel Phone file)
2.) Is this about Dragon Quest IV? If it is, I already posted an mp3 set in the dragon quest thread for you.
