So over the course of a year or two i have been trying to find an efficient way to update one of my favorite mid 90’s midi scores. At first for my V1 i used the arachno soundfont, and while the quality of the samples were higher than the ones provided than the GM ones, i still was not fully satisfied, as some parts were not completely perfect. So after learning my way around FL studio 12 and obtaining the roland sound canvas VST plugin, i noticed that the rolan vst has the original samples that the comanche 3 midi’s must of used. So i set on completely restoring the score using the midi files from the game once again to do a second version of the remaster. after about two or three weeks working on this and adjusting some things here and there, i am 98% satisfied with how it turned out. In the future when is tart working on the gold tracks i might redo some things here and there, so for now enjoy a fully restored James donneland’
s work!!
