Has anyone heard of this unofficial release (http://leolor.cogia.net/?op=di&idcd=2238)? Can they share it? Supposedly, it runs 115 minutes, w/ 41 tracks. Unfortunately, I don’t know the track list.

Basically if you have the Intrada release of the complete score, you have everything.

The sessions don’t really offer much of a content difference, aside from some minor mixing changes to "Ambush" and it uses a rip right from the film for the "Main Title".

In fact the Intrada release is better because it contains alternates.

This is the cue list for the sessions, with the Intrada release titles in brackets:

M01 Main Titles
M02 A Clear and Present Danger (President’s Mission)
M03 Jack is Appointed Director (Jack’s New Office)
M04 Taking Over Greer’s Office (edit – taken from the ending of cue M03)
M05 Operation Reciprocity (Greer Signs Memo)
M07 Cortez Goes To Washington (Cortez Arrives in U.S.)
M09 Hardin’s Deal (Jack Briefs FBI / President)
M11 Combat Drop / War Begins (Operation Reciprocity)
M12 The Chicken Is In The Pot (Blow Up Narcotics Plane)
M14 A Clue / Ryan Calls The President (Try Lindo Brand)
M15 Commando Firefight (Fire In The Hole)
M16 Moira Calls Cortez (Moira’s Fatal Phone Call)
M17 The Hit / Moira Dead / Motorcade (Ambush)
M18 Jack Calls His Wife (Casket Arrival)
M22 Bombing The Mansion (The Laser-Guided Missile)
M23 Watching News Reports (Jack Sees Bombing)
M24 Research Montage (Looking For Clues)
M26 Cortez Deals With Cutter (Cortez is Watched)
M27 Advice From A Dying Man (Greer’s Last Hospital)
M28 Tapping Into Ritter’s Computer (Deleting The Evidence)
M29 Abanding Clark’s Men / Slaughter (Greer’s Funeral / Betrayal)
M32 Playing The Tape For Ryan (Chavez Sees Prisoners)
M33 Ryan Kidnapped By Clark (Escobedo’s New Friend Part 2)
M35 Buying The Chopper (Second Hand Copter)
M36 It’s My Fault (Rebuffed)
M38 Ryan Deals with Escobedo (Escobedo’s New Friend Part 1)
M39 Escobedo Confronts Cortez (Cortez Kills Escobedo)
M40 Freeing The Prisoners (Finding The Prisoners)
M41 Gunfight In The Factory (Jack Creates Diversion)
M42 Helicopter Escape (Woodroom / Finale)
M43 Ryan Confronts The President (Escobedo’s New Friend Part 3)
M44 End Credits (Truth Needs A Soldier / End Title)

What’s cool is that the signature cue of the film "Ambush" was given the same title as the signature cue of the previous film PATRIOT GAMES:

"The Hit"

Since the above cue list is not 41 cues, maybe the sessions on that bootleg have the same alternates as the Intrada release.

Unfortunately, the Intrada release is still missing the piano overdubs for "Ambush", as heard in the film. Do you know if the recording sessions contain the film overdubs?

Unfortunately no, that is entirely unique to the film. They aren’t included anywhere else.

While the Intrada mix is different from the OST, the session version is very similar to the Intrada. The mixing differences are very minor between the two.

Speaking of ‘Ambush’ what about the metallic clangs during the piano interlude? Is that in?

Nope.

For whatever reason that is also completely unique to the film mix.
