Classics Sound Effects

I was wondering if anyone has any of the classics sound effects, for example a sword hitting an enemy or preparing for a magic spell, I am making a game involving all of the classic characters, it sounds allright but it’s just not the same without effects. If you have them Either post or PM me and maybe we can sort something out. 🙂

I’m sorry I don’t have a link but your best bet is to get an Iso of a certain game COMPUTER computer is important because you can pull info out go to sounds and it will most likely name the sound if not get ready because there are over 100 tracks. P.S. Games worth your time would be like Dark age of camelot/ Dungeon Siege or any other PC game that makes sounds like magic and swordplay.

I meant of the Final Fantasy Series as I like making FF games using things from the original series, I’m just after the sound effects, I have no idea how to rip them from emulators so could someone help me out?

You need to download the PC Version of the FFs if you want 7/8 as for the rest roms tend to come in one huge file but some just some are divided into folders your best bet is emuparadise.org they have several folders holding different key aspects of the game.

You use RPG maker?

There’s a Pc version?

I use gamemaker it’s a nit diffeerent and more fun to use than RPG maker, it’s mainly for arcade games but you can make some other nifty things with it.

Oh yeah I forgot if you are looking for uh the original FF sound effects you need the roms but if you are looking for generic sounds just use google and search sound effects

Isnt it possible to hack the roms and get the effects?

Yes but to do that is hard seing as the rom was lumped together as one file *in some cases* you need pc games to pull out certain info or a really in-depth rom.
