This is the song soundtrack to the second (and, imho, best) Christopher Guest mockumentary Waiting For Guffman. It was released as a promo in the late 90’s (and cost a cool $150+ on Ebay before the bootlegs showed up).

The album itself is named after the show-within-the-film Red, White and Blaine. The songs were written by the Spinal Tap trio of Guest, Harry Shearer and Michael McKean, although only Guest appeared on screen. The ‘show’ was to celebrate the sesquicentennial (‘that’s the 150’) of Blaine, Missouri, the town that was once the stool capital of the world.

It features all the songs from the movie, even a few that were cut, including Nothing Ever Happens In Blaine, the last 45 seconds of which were heard closing off the end credits in touching style. The final track from the promo is a throwaway audio rip from a longer cut of the film, with Eugene Levy talking then singing a song. Unlike the rest of the album, it wasn’t transferred with much care for audio clarity and grinds to a sudden halt before the tune even finishes. Just so you know.
