I would say Tonberries and Moogles…Behemoths are cool so they may be in the mix…

All are pretty iconic. It’s a tossup for me between chocobos and moogles. Moogles, but only barely. FFIX and XII (which, okay, technically aren’t part of the "Classics") did a lot for moogles. Moogles were also used well in V.

Me moogels naturally! chocobos are in second though.

I’ve always had an inkling towards Moogles. They’re so adorable.

Apart from Boco, Chocobos don’t seem to have such an integral part to the plot as much as moogles do.
