Cecil Harvey/Paladins & Kain/Dragoons

Anyone else think paladins and dragoons should have become staples? and anyone else think cecil is da best!

I would have much rather preferred Dragoons to become staples of the Final Fantasy universe than Paladins; although they are both quite awesome. Kain is still probably my favorite character from the series.

Anyways: paladins and dragoons both are pretty neat, and I would like to seem them reappear in a game besides IX.

I like the little wyvern that fights alongside dragoons in FFXI, and it’d be fun to see it worked into a non-mmorpg sort of game.

Yeah, but what would be a depression fest would be a paladin giving up on God,becoming a dark knight, and kicking the final bosses hard and fast, Like the cloud omnislash in VII, after his Girl gets slaughtered

but I would also love a similer game to FF4, with characters you can love, but with good VA’s!

I’m still annoyed every time I see the word dragoon being so horribly misused by the FF series. =/

Are you refering to the British Dragoon or Beyblade Dragoon, Because it sounds a hell of a lot better than lancer

Actually, cavaliers are different because they actually fight from atop their mounts instead of on foot like dragoons do. In that context, it’s just another word for cavalry. 😉

dragoons and paladins are awesome. the old skool classes in FF are so much better.

i mean what the hell is Tidus? surfer class? or that guy from 12? ambigious class? they SUCK and could of been so much better.

"Necromancer" is divining through death stuff—bones, corpses, et cetera. NOT guys who can raise hordes of the undead.

Paladins Have Been In FF’s Since… Just Using Espers or Materia to Get Your Tanks Healing. The Closest Thing to A Dragoon Would be Freya… However She Was A Red Mage to Boot. Edgar And mog… Sorta Were Dragoons In 6 They Were The Only Two You Could Equip Spears To And then You Give EM the Dragoon Boots… I Personally Would Like To See A lot Of Character Classes Brought Back Including Gambler… Cait Sith Was Done reasonably Okay In That Sense But id love to See Cards And Dice Make A Proper Comeback As Weapons. Id like to See ninjas Back. Dog Users Ala Rinoa Shadow. Definately A Blitzer Like Sabin Or Zell. Irvines Ammo Was interesting But Too Easy To Abuse. A New Blue mage Would Be Nice… Quina Bit The big One.
