This is highly impossibly and a very stupid question of me, but hey, im desperate…My FF7 2 CD is scratched beyond repair for only the spot where Cloud and Tifa fall through Mideel to the shtuf below (its been so long I cant remeber what it’s called) would there happen to be anyone in northwestern Indiana who would lend me the second CD…
(I was so close to not even posting this thread.)
If not, it’s like a dent in the CD…I have heard Peanut Butter works well enough to barely get by, but I do not want to ruin the whole CD…is there anyway to fix this damage? It is a pretty deep dent, but the CD isn’t scratched…
EDIT: May I add I have nearly no friends and of those friends no one has FF7…I can’t find it in any stores arround here, and my retarded parental units wont let me get it from online…

Have you tried resurfacing it?
At work we have an Azuradisc machine that sands off scratches and refinishes the disc.
Its way better than those handheld disc cleaners, but it costs a couple thousand dollars.
Some stores may have one that they can use on your cd for a small fee. ($3-5)

Can’t you buy another copy of FFVII for 10$? Email me your address, if you REALLY can’t get another copy and its a big deal, I’ll mail you a disc 2. The same goes for Turks Rich.

I’ve had that problem before. My Dick 3 snaped. But if you look around long enough then you should find a copy.

I do happen to have a spare copy of discs 1 and 2 as my disc 3 broke so I went out and bought the game entire game again, it’s slightly scratched but works fine start to finish, I would send it to you ad_022 if you’d like but it’s a PAL version of the disc so I don’t know if it will be of any use to you being from Indiana.

Don’t bother you guys. If you didn’t know (obviously you didn’t) Squaresoft was intelligent and put the entire FFVII storyline on every disc so all you have to do when it freezes is open up your PS1/PS2 disc tray and quickly put in another disc. The only bad part about this is that they didn’t store all of the FMV’s on every disc so say for example you are supposed to be watching the Crazy Motorcycle FMV and have Disc 2 in you might get the FMV where Weapon attacks Junon.

I wil try what Landlord Sector 7 proposed, and if it doesn’t work, I’ll PM one of the people who offered to mail the CD, and thanks guys, I’m suprised I didn’t get a whole bunch of…"your stupid dude, who would think of getting a CD from some1 you don’t know…"
