I don’t know if it helps, but it sounds like ’80s, and early ’90s Asian pop. Very Jazzy.
Alot of modern Kung-Fu flicks and Anime from then had this type of music.
It also sounds like the music from SF2 like Guile’s, Ken’s, Chun Li’s, and Zangief’s theme.
