Can I post music of Nobuo Uematsu?

I am wondering if I can post music of Nobuo Uematsu, more specifically Distant Worlds and Distant Worlds 2 in the Download Links section of Anime & Video Game Music. I will first put this on megaupload or rapidshare.

But my question is:"Am I allowed to put it on the forum if there is already someone who posted these two albums?". I did not search for the albums yet, but if this is true I wanted to be sure, just in case before i start searching for them.

( Don’t wanna search for them if it’s not needed xD)

They’ve already been posted a few times already, so don’t see why another time would hurt.
