I downloaded this late last night and I’m only now trying to uncompress and WinRAR doesn’t recognize the files.

I thought WinRAR did ZIP files? Do I have to install WinZIP now?

WinRar does recognize the zip files.

Two possibilities:

– It might be because the zip file is password-protected. Make sure you enter the password before trying to unzip (I don’t know if Winrar allows you to do that though).

– If not, you have the same problem that I have, I can’t uncompress the zip file after joining the 4 parts. It appears to be damaged. I tried with several applications. It stops decompressing at the end of the .wm file and gives me a "damaged file" error.

Sorry, I’m using my laptop due to my desktop being unusable at the moment, and I don’t have winrar installed. I used 7z to make the files, and I know 7z will un-zip them by right clicked on the first file and using "extract here" or "open" or something similar. Sorry if this isn’t working for others, but it’s all I could do at the moment. If necessary, I can re-up in rar format latter on, just let me know.

EDIT: Screw it. I just downloaded Winrar, it’s confused by these damn files, so I’m going to re-upload it as rars. Hopefully, it’ll be up tonight.

FulciLives, you actually have to join the four parts first, by using the free program HJSplit. It will give you a complete zip file. However, in this case, there seems to be an issue with the zip file – brutimus will re-upload it.

Yeah, man. I absolutely adore this movie. It’s definitely one of the best monster movies ever made IMHO. I remember enjoying the music. I’m psyched to listen to it. You’re right about the variety of emotions in this film FulciLives. It’s very well rounded and I of course loved the little commentary they threw at the U.S.

For those with macs, you can download a free converter program called "Max". Easy to use, it will allow you to convert the .wm file into .mp3 files and/or plenty other lossless formats.
