I remember my friend lending me this game, and upon playing it the controls made me want to kill myself, lol. That was a while ago, so I’m gonna give the music another go, thanks for this.

I feel your pain. The flying, and wall running is a true pain. I’m playing this on Hard Mode right now, and I am about to end it. But do you believe they have the nerve to add a Maniac Mode after completing Hard?

Anyways the music is still good in my opinion, and I looped them long enough for you guys to enjoy.

Goddamn, if you even start Maniac Mode you deserve medals, lol.

As I said, it’s been quite a while since I’ve played it, and I can’t really remember the music, but I’m liking what I’m hearing 🙂

Also, I just found out that there was an official soundtrack release for Bujingai, is there anything on this rip that isn’t on the official one? From Takahagi’s tracks, anyway.

Wtf? An OST? I wouldn’t know. Do you happen to have a link handy to check out the tracklisting?

Most of the cutscene tracks are the stage tracks, and all the music that I could get out was 22. Everything else was voice overs that I was thinking about adding to this gamerip later on.

Holy crap so I suffered playing this game for nothing? ROFL!!

Well from what I see my rip is actually just tracks 1 thru 22 of the OST just I have them looped longer. I wanted to grab the cutscenes, but it had too many voice overs, and sfx.

The only thing different mine would have been if I didn’t rush this to upload would have been all the voices for the spells that Gackt, and his master say. 🙁

Well hopefully there’s no ost for Shijou Saikyou no Deshi Kenichi (PS2) cause I’m planning on uploading that very soon.

Goddamn, if you even start Maniac Mode you deserve medals, lol.

Tell me about it. Stage 7 on maniac/extreme mode is the worst of them all though. Because I think it’s the only stage in the game where the layout of the level changes through each difficulty. On the hardest difficulty setting, the platforming becomes ridiculous and enemies often try attacking you while doing it, making it all the more tough. It literally feels like it takes luck to pass certain parts of that stage.

Then there’s the boss fight at the very end of the level…

…It was quite literally the hardest level I’ve ever played in a video game to date. I never want to do it again. Btw, thanks for the bgm rips.
