It’s also available as a physical release, but the CD comes only with the german "Black Mirror Collection". Feb 04, 2011 is the release date.

Black Mirror Original Soundtrack – VGMdb (http://vgmdb.net/album/23374)
This is the only official release and it has tracks from all three games (multiple reprints, but same tracklist). I guess that if you want a more complete thing, you must search for game-rips. Alpha23 did them if I’m not mistaken.
