May be a bit of a no-brainer, but for those of us who have owned a hand-held console at some point, which one do you think offers the best graphics and best value for money?

I’ve owned two hand-held consoles, the Gameboy and the Game Gear. The Gameboy was, and still is, my favourite. Super Mario Land had me addicted for months after I got it as a christmas present. Tetris was equally addictive, especially when my brother and I (my brother being 10 years older…) Took it in turns to try and beat each other’s high score.

That sure IS a no-brainer, since Nintendo pratically has had the monopoly on the hand-held market for a decade…

The Game Boy Advance SP, just because it’s the best version of the Game Boy yet, having retro-compatitbility and all…It’s like having all the previous Game Boys into one. Heh.

I’m curious about that PlayStation Portable (PSP) from Sony…

cell phones, sony, and the nokia n-gage should leave gba alone. nintendo has suffered enough. plus, there are other new hand-helds coming out. ahhhhhh

Well I for one am most pleased with the progress of the GBA. I am so hooked on Castlevania: CotM. The graphics are just great, it’s like carrying a mini SNES around, and I am so looking forward to getting the not-so-new Zelda game too. Ooo~ and Golden Sun!! Tetris will always stay in my greatest games of all time list. It’s hard not to say it’s addictive.

The GBA:SP. Play that with Breath of Fire II, and I’ve got my setup.
