I am in Besaid and have found both sets of ciphers. I am on top of the hill and cannot find anything up there. Is there anything up there that comes into effect with Wakka? Such as his parents sphere or something important?

If I remember correctly, I think it was just a chest with Garment Grid or something, no Sphere though.
