Bell Instrument at the end of "Attack of the Batwing"

There is a very interesting bell sound at the end of Danny Elfman’s "Attack of the Batwing". Could anybody tell me what it is?

It sounds to me like a modulated combo of bells from a church and a train. Whih was modulated through the other? Your guess is as good as mine…
