Hi. Just felt like sharing this: a little too short for my taste, but it contains quite a few pieces of awesome music. Will re-upload if necessary; take care and enjoy.

Thanks a lot for the upload and all but is this the Sega Mega Drive / Genesis version of the soundtrack? Granted it’s been 15 years or so since I last played this but I remember the SNES soundtrack being much better. I mean Rareware had the best sound team of their time and I doubt they’d butcher the SNES sound chip like this.

Yeah, this is the Sega/Mega Drive version, which I picked up from another site and converted to mp3 piece by piece: since I grew up playing that version, this is the soundtrack rendition that stuck with me. If you prefer the SNES version, get a program that can convert SPC’s to mp3, then search around this website. Chances are you’ll find what you want.

Well. Instead of smugly pointing us to a site with SNES-soundtracks you should’ve just included the fact that what you are peddling is a shitty Mega Drive rip in to the OP. Most of the folks over here prefer to hear the best rendition of the soundtrack possible and 16-bit Sega ones are never that.

Smugly? I’m really sorry, pal: I came up like a smug, pedantic a-hole, but believe me, when I wrote that, I didn’t mean for you or anybody else to take it that way. I don’t want to make an enemy out of you or anyone else in this site: please accept my most sincere apologies. I’ll be more careful with my choice of words from now on, but you should still check that website: it’s got pretty awesome stuff.

Hi, everyone; just to let you all know that I’ve updated the file by adding the SNES score at the end. And while we’re at it… you’re right, tibetanblkmagik: the Super Nintendo music sounds much better, but the Genesis tracks have their own merits as well.
