You are a gentleman and a hero, and are 90% the reason I come back to this emulator transcode dungeon.

I might have to buy you some top shelf tequila as thanks. 🙂

Oh, and if I could make one single request (I have about two hundred of them, but if I could only make one) it would be for Asterix by Alberto Jose Gonzalez.

That sounds rather douche-y, reading it back. Oh well, it’s true. :p Nothing personal to anyone in the community, as I don’t know you. I’m just saying I think uploading and downloading MP3 or (God forbid) FLAC transcodes done through emulators is rather looney tunes, and I’m seeing A LOT of that going on around here. I don’t get it. Just use the sound code rip and a player.

The Iron Goat, great work, man! DL’ed some of your stuff and just wanted to thank you for taking your time ripping all these ost’s and sharing with us.
Batman ROTJ has some bad-ass tunes indeed and sure is one of my fav NES games (mostly of it’s great music).
Don’t want to bother you with request but it’d be awesome if you could rip the rest of TMNT (2,3,Tournament Fighters), Super Dodgeball and Robocop 3!
Keep it up!!
ps: sorry if my English is sloppy.

The dcpm drums sound awfully quiet. Is that normal?

Yes, this seems to be correct. I record everything with a flat EQ, so there are no changes from the source. Here are three samples of the Stage 1 music. The first is recorded from the regular side output of the NES, the second is from the phono jacks I installed in the back of the console (the audio is intercepted before reaching the mixer/amp), and the third is a mono mix created in software from the second sample.
