B�atrice Thiriet – Bird People (2014) [FLAC]

A little something from my neck of the wood. This is the fourth collaboration between Director Pascale Ferran and Composer B�atrice Thiriet that spans 10 years already. The music is played by B�atrice Thiriet at the piano and the Star Pop Orchestra, a “French version” of the famous Boston Pop Orchestra in its minimalist format here. The score is intimist with a beautiful main theme. Miss Thiriet defines the music for Bird People as the anti score… For this record, she has added new titles which are a “simple musical evocation of the film”.
