Ive been drawing pencil sketch for a few years now, mainly doing character and landscape.
But i was wondering which are the best colouring pencils to use when rendering an image?
Does anyone know what colour pencils they use for the final fantasy concept images?
Or any recommendations?

Prismacolor colored pencils are THE best. They almost work like paints, you can blend and layer and everything. I very highly recommend Prismas!!

I’d love to get my hands on some of those, however to my knowledge, prismas are expensive.
Personally, I just use Photoshop, however my USB port is being a bitch, so I can’t scan.
Woe is me.

They are expensive (>_<) So look for sales, or try a college campus bookshop…. They’re worth it
Oh, and Photoshop = <3

Yeah, prismacolors. And yeah… expensive.
Don’t buy a set, just varying values of the colors you need(plus complements), black and white. That wouldn’t set you back too much.
