I agree it’s shitty quality, but it’s all that’s floating around at the moment.

According to this interview (http://www.vulture.com/2013/08/talking-to-arrested-developments-composer.html), David Schwartz plans to release a soundtrack soon, which will feature the full length song:

We made a long version for the soundtrack release, which is hopefully going to be soon, so it was 50 seconds and now there’s a three-minute version.

Yeah, yeah. Clearly no one gives a shit except for me.
