What armors should i use with each character?
and waht item is needed to break maximum hp limit? And where do i ge it?

You need 30 Wings of Discovery to break HP limit. One way to obtain those is to bribe the Malboros at the Calm Lands.

Personally I dont use breakHPlimit but its your choice. Mine is Ribbon, AutoHaste, AutoProtect and AutoPhoenix, got me through all the dark aeons, but its not great for Penance.

So you have three characters with Ribbon? Not very likely, you’ll need 297 Dark Matters.

No but thats the ideal. You get ribbon on armours from Dark Aeons, you get Dark matter from aeons (Dark Yojimbo springs to mind for both), you get 99 dark matters for unlocking one of the monsters at the arena and once luck is high, dark matters are easy to get from the original/area/species creations in the Monster Arena. Takes a long while but its not impossible. There’s enough ways to get 297 dm’s. 594 is harder.
