Same, I've been looking for it daily since the game's release. The soundtrack should be in peoples hands by now or by Friday since the first copies were to be shipped out this week.

Yes it is, it's basically Jeremy Soule's official site where he sells all his soundtracks. You buy the soundtrack on that website here (http://directsong.com/mobile/productdetails.php?productid=2240).
