For what? For stealing my upload? You didn't thank me either in the thread you got this from.

Err... I don't want to defend the guy, but maybe you should know that what gets posted here pretty much ends up the same day on torrent sites as rutracker, also TehParadox and the likes.... Not exactly the kind of places where people care about stuff as "credit/thanks to the original ripper-sharer".... So, yeah, it's not THAT unlikely that he/she might have got this elsewhere and re-shared it here in good faith.

My take on the "credit matter": do I own any kind of copyright to what I'm sharing? Had a role in its creation? No, therefore I don't really need credit/thanks, nor should I get pissed if I don't receive them... Sure, seeing that stuff makes me a bit happier, but at the end of the day I'm already satisfied I did what I want: share what I like, allowing others to hopefully enjoy it as much as I do. Shit, nowadays everywhere I go I see people caring more about giving proper credit to the user who ripped/shared music than to the ones involved in the composition, mastering, album manufacture, release, or even shipping...
Sad to see that Web-pirates have become like this, now... Or maybe they always were like that, I simply never noticed because I was on private communities with a different kind of W-P

Anyway, back to the repost-habit - it doesn't hurt to have mirrors: the more, the merrier. At least the user above actually reuploaded it, avoiding a simple copy->paste of links, in my humble opinion he/she still deserves to be thanked for this. If I might add, it's pretty funny/weak/ultimately laughable this talk about stealing our rips/uploads when, in fact, we don't "own" the stuff we share... We only purchase the right to use it/make copies of it strictly for personal use [but here we're venturing in a sort of "gray-zone"].
