What I am doing wrong?

I have this Album in the OPUS codec which has transparent quailty at 48kbps!!! here is the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2lyt3vsB1JCc0pVNk4tRF9PXzg/view?usp=sharing

But when it was encoded from CD-DA to MP3 information was gone permanently. Transcoding from MP3 to OPUS didn't add any benefit except a bit smaller bitrate. I have to say however that indeed OPUS is really much better size/quality than FLAC f.e.
