That track was only used for the trailer for The Sims 3: Pets. It is not included in the game's files. And it doesn't show up in any of the genre's in game either.

Could you rip that or point me in the direction of another rip if it's from another EP? Thanks!

I checked in game, it's not in the audio listing. As far as the simlish version goes for the song, you'd have to rip the audio from the trailer.
