Adding an "e" to the end of morphin explains so much about the series.

Morphin + e = morphine. As in the narcotic, the derivative of the poppy plant, the thing that alters your state of being. You know, high as a giraffe's ass.

I did. Adding an "e" to a word isn't that hard. And if the word is unfamiliar, dictionaries are a wonderful resource.
