I've searched high and low on the OST for the music starting around 1:57. It sounds a tad like a mixture of Skyline and Traffic Jam, but there's definitely a distinct difference. Does anyone know if this track exists anywhere, or if some kind of rip of it exists?

Yeah, that's Traffic Jam. It's on the album. Oddly enough, though. The one that plays in the trailer doesn't have have the trumpets in the background like the released version does.
