it's somewhat off subject (yet not I guess) but how long is the game? I don't mind spending ~$5 on it but I want to know if I need to buy anything else with it so I don't end up bored for the next few weeks.

There are not many levels (7 or 8 in total), you can finish the game in 30min~1 hour. The advantage : The game generate randomly the game. So every game started will not be the same. Items will be different, monsters too. And Dungeons too. There are 3 unlockable classes. This is a Roguelike, so if you die, you die. You have to begin a new game, with a new dungeon ! That game is hard, I played 3h, and i don't have finished my first game yet. Because i always die, ahahah.

So, for 5 bucks, it's a real deal. Edmund has announced that there will be free DLC for Halloween.

sounds good. I think I'll buy a few cheap puzzle games on Steam along with it or whatever happens to be on a decent enough deal to grab. thanks PyramidHead.

the game changes everytime you play it, you will get bored at first maybe, but you will get attached to it very quickly.

hey, we need an update for 1.3, it added a few new songs including a new final boss track.

not certain why an update is needed as those recent tracks are all available free on his Bandcamp. just download them through there in your preferred format of choice and add to what you already have.
