I was going to mention that yesterday, when there were only 2 posts and like, 3 views on it. But I didn't want to sound mean. Because really, this is ridiculous now.

No problem, well worth taking the heat for.

I always try to use multiupload, so I can tell right off the bat (get it, bat) that's not my original link. Plus for some reason the poster has included 5 preview tracks in the same zip, which seems unnecessary, AND for some reason they've copied "Original End Credits" at the beginning of CD3 and renamed it "Ra's Al Ghul's Suite". Which, if you think about it, could technically make this a slightly different version... thus making it not as bad a technical plagiarism... but I don't know, that's not my call to make I guess.

I don't know or care about re-posting scores in case anyone comes along to find threads only to see dead links - new members pop up all the time who do use search functions and ask for re-ups on threads that faded out in 2007 or so - so it's not necessarily a bad thing for a fresh one to pop up.

Only thing I have to say about it is it's a shame that those two supposed missing cues never surfaced, "Courthouse 2" and "One More Container / On The Roof". Could've used those in that video presentation I made. Guess time will tell if they ever appear.

Ya, but this was released in May. 4 MONTHS AGO. I could understand a link being dead for 4 years, but months? That would be like me posting one of the many recent scores Piano or Takehiro gave us.

Yeah, or that time that someone started a new thread saying: "Hey, look at this DVD rip I just found for Inception," and the hyperlink went to MasterZPrime's upload of the DVD rip for Inception...as in it was the same hyperlink that Prime had created.

Hey, I'm sure I could find it without much trouble, but it wouldn't hurt if you could find your original thread, cheeseparty. I'd think it wouldn't be too hard to find unless you unsubscribe from threads that you start (I never do).

the Complete score is real, and it is a good listen. It was a leaked Recording Session, so would best be described as a bootleg, since it cannot be bought as an official cd, and that is also why willi and other such sites do not list it.

As Amanda said this is a bootleg edition so it's not going to be the same as coming from Hans Zimmer himself. I did not create this bootleg another member here did, I just reposted what he first posted. I'm sure there are missing some tracks! If Hans Zimmer ever releases a legit version we can all rejoice!! :)

Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are complete. Note that they were originally released as recording session, meaning they are NOT the final film mix in some cases.The Scores fit onto two discs. Anything beyond is pretty much album versions of the tracks, trailer music and such. You are not missing out on anything released.

Now there are snippets of music missing, and they may be tracked pieces, or added after the final film cut was ready. Or, as often happens, the finished score was tinkered with to fit added scenes etc. Also note that the version on that site is not available, at least not to most of us. It is not an official release, but also a bootleg, so who knows if the tracks are legit, or where they came from....

The Third disc on that list, if you look, is all "alternates". Now, I know for a fact that the set shared here, the third disc was also alternates, which were mainly the OST tracks. If you reads the comments on that page, there is some lively discussion on whether that set is legit. Several embers have their own different sets. Also mentioned is that some tracks on these sets that you see there have min. fx. In other words, someone took the complete sessions, and where the missing tracks are, they added dvd rips.

On that site, you have to read the comments. Most questions you'd have are already being discussed there....
