Hey guys after looking a bit, I found that it's on iTunes Japanese store. For 1500 yen, which I think is about 15 us give or take. But you have to have a Japanese account to purchase it. So there's a bit of interesting info.

Unless you want lossless, I doubt there much difference from Youtube rip and CD.

Actually there's a ginormous difference in quality between lossless CD rip and youtube.
The youtube's 360p video files are already lossy as hell in terms of both audio and video. And after converting it to mp3 only degrades the bitrate further.
You can convert it to mp3 320 cbr or even FLAC or any other format, it is not going to be any good because the source material is very lossy.
With that said, I'd like to join the request for a proper CD rip of -echo-.

That is correct. Everytime you convert a file, it loses data on the process, thus a Youtube->MP3 video, which would have been convertes 3/4 times, is way worse than a straight CD->MP3 conversion.
This is only not applied to FLAC, as I gather it compresses audio without losing data.

lgqlgf posted a CD-rip of this. Not lossless, but still coming from a CD. (
