does this soundtrack worth really the listen? Reviews from filmtracks were quite harsh if I remember correctly.

There are a couple tracks that are really worth it. "Mercy Killing" and "Last Goodbye" are both great, for instance. This type of music isn't typical of Jablonsky, but he does a great job at it anyway.
