Uh...I'd help if I could...but you're being a little too vague..perhaps you could be more specific?

That would probably help other people too..

If you want to master the game just use the FAQs here cuz that question is too vague for any of us to answer.

Just one thing, you say you're on the third disc, so make sure you finish up anything you need to do in towns before you go fight the battles in Lunatic Pandora because you won't be able to come back after that. (Short of starting a new game or working from another save file.)

What do you mean it sucks? It has all sorts of information if you know where to look. Sometimes it's out of date, but if you look around, you'll usually find the right information.

I think you might be able to get the Zell card from the CC group on Disc 4, but only if you've completed the CC group sidequest. Otherwise, you're out of luck. As for the Dirty Magazine, you shoulda kept it, I don't think there's a way to get that card again short of starting a new game.

Well, then you need to beef her up. Teach her Degenerator right away. Degenerator is the best, it will instantly kill those Ruby Dragons and Iron Giants. Just have Aura or keep her in Critical to make sure you get Limit Break.

First learn diablos's ability (I havn't played in so long it is the one where you dont have to run into battles) I think it is called encounter-None

anyway go to the island closest to hell (of the coast of galbadia) and junction ecounter-none and walk around the outside and you will collect some of the games best magic.

it is also a great place to level up.

Cheers

It's Enc-None, so you weren't too far off. I just hope you got the Magic Lamp from Cid, or else you missed the opportunity to get the valuable GF Diablos. I think there might be another GF that teaches Enc-None, but I'm not sure.

Another good method is too visit either of those islands (I prefer the Island Closest to Hell) and draw the powerful magic from the monsters. This'll work better once your characters are stronger. In any case, when you're drawing magic, make sure to junction Magic to your characters that gives them highest Magic stat. This helps to prevent failed Draws and also helps to ensure that you possibly get the highest Draw amount, 9. (When drawing from monsters.) If you're using the draw points, then after visiting Island Closest to Hell, go ahead and visit the Island Closest to Heaven and tap the draw points there too. (There aren't as many though.) Also, stop by Shumi Village and see if the draw point there has refilled, it's well worth the 5,000 gil price to draw Ultima. Or, when you do get to face Ultima Weapon, just draw a whole bunch of Ultima from him.

Oh, yeah, that's right, it won't work there. I really recommend Quistis's Degenerator to take out those Iron Giants instantly.

is there anything else you would recommend

Well, if you're not using Degenerator, Selphie's special limit breaks Rapture and The End are good when you can get them. Squall should have Lionheart if he doesn't already. I also recommend junctioning abilities like Initiative and Auto-Haste and as much strong magic as possible that boosts stats.

Are you looking for a strategy then? One other thing I forgot to mention that I usually do: Meltdown! You want to get yourself lots and lots of this spell. Meltdown instantly nullifies the Vitality of most enemies and is the best spell (other than maybe Ultima) for junctioning to your Vitality stat. I don't think Iron Giants are too hard. If you're not using Degenerator, then you want to pound them with strong physical attacks, magic and GFs, heal as needed and use the Meltdown. I recommend basically the same strategy for Ultima Weapon, although you're going to want to have lots of Full-Life or the Revive ability available to you in order to recover fast from his attack that hits for 9999. Also remember to draw Eden from him and get lots of Ultima from him if possible.

I suggest that you stalk up in full-lifes, aura, and curaga before entering the dungeon. If you have lionheart or degenerator, it shouldn't be any problem. Also, try running away at the beginning of the battle. I find that if you do that, odin will come a lot more often. Odin came once every three fights on average for me.

For the Shiva card (the card you get for giving Zone the magazine), you can win it from a member of the CC Group at Disk 4, much like how you'll get the Zell card back...
