with the current weather on the sharing site, it seems some DEAD really has to stay dead for a long time. unless someone tries to do some "Re-Animation" then that's another story but reading that line comes from one of the most generous member here when it comes to re-upload then perhaps better luck next time. :)

The guy was a joke. He obviously got the file deleted, as could anyone if they really wanted to. I won't be re-upping it as I don't want to be wasting my time. The end result is still the same.

I've just played a couple of tracks, and the music is pretty uninteresting shall we say. In my humble opinion. We're not talking Rozsa or Goldsmith, or anything like that. I would never have bought it. Undistinguished B-picture scoring.

Okay, technically I didn't buy it, I got it for Christmas. But hey. Same impression on me - meh.

As far as I know, the music from "Night of the Living Dead" is comprised of public domain music because George A. Romero couldn't afford to hire a composer... so what's all that gibberish about?

considering the film was made a long time ago 1968 to be precise at that time George and his friends were just doing the "commando type" of film making using the most efficient yet affordable available resources to their advantage so they use some public domain "library music" for the score. as for the quality indeed it's no way near the likes of creations done by film score legends nevertheless to the fan of this film genre, and of this film itself it's about the nostalgia it brings. that's why it matters, at least to a huge fan of Romero films in general, like me :)

It is not public domain music. It is production music, for which the producers pay a one-off fee and are then able to use it in their movie. It is protected by copyright just like anything else.

I paid for my copy of this cd but will no longer share due to copyright notices. Just buy the CD it is very good if you're into horror sounding soundtracks.

Since this cd is out of print I decided to reupload it for now. Grab it while it's hot! Excellent soundtrack for Night of The Living Dead Fans too!

Let's hope this label doesn't get as big as LLL, Intrada, etc. I'd hate to see a Williams, Goldsmith or Herrmann release been so restrictive like this.

There are multiple ways to keep in secret an upload or link and share it privately with the others.
