You know what's disappointing about this soundtrack? Before you say anything, I'm talking about the actual soundtrack itself, I'm not cricising what you've done. It's that there are some sequenced files that have never been ripped before. These include things like the Wi-Fi menu themes, such as when you're in a Friend Room, or after you've selected "Worldwide", or something, and you're "searching" for other players. I think the "Time Trial Ranking" theme, as in from the Mario Kart Channel, which is itself also another one (the Mario Kart Channel theme). I believe however, is able to rip the sequenced files, so we shouldn't have to wait too long for a [i]full[i/] soundtrack. :P

Also, you did the "Menu" thing wrong :P. I'm sure you don't mind constructive critisicm, right? So, if you want the medley to show all the versions that are heard in the game, assuming you used the RWAV files which are:
revo_kart_00000289.rwav
revo_kart_0000028A.rwav
revo_kart_0000028B.rwav
revo_kart_0000028C.rwav
Let's just call them 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively. The first version simply has "1" playing (289). The second version, which is when you select the character and karts, has "1", "2" and "4" playing (289, 28B and 28C). The final version, which is when you select the course has all 4 playing.
In short, it goes:
1
1 2 4
1 2 3 4
However, you had it go:
1
1 2
1 4
1 3
Basically, here's a YouTube video I did last year -- this is how it should sound like:
I did over lap them slighly (with a fade-in) so they are smoother:
