it's probably a no-brainer, but is this a new rip? one other I have has some issues with a few tracks on the second disc.

I ripped it from my CDs last night.

ok, thanks Jessie. no real memory of where the old set I have came from or who ripped it but I know one of the tracks on the second disc was nothing but silence. was really fucking irritating.
