many moons ago in the late 90's, i got offered a session boot of Goldsmiths' GHOST AND THE DARKNESS in exchange for some dough. I duly paid, but never heard from the guy again (hach, those internet times back then).

My question: does anyone know if such a thing ever circulated but wasn't distributed widely?
