I am afraid you won't be able to locate this at all, as it's very very obscure... and pachinko/pachislot music is getting no love at all. (they are hardly considered as games anyway).

All i can offer are a few links to Japanese auctions, cause you won't have any other choice but to buy it. (yet, if you are able to buy from Japan because they won't ship overseas)

Unless someone really owns it. :/
