well peeps it's (kind of) your lucky day, i "like" aritunes on facebook, which is the official fb page of Ari Pulkkinen, he composes game soundtracks to dead nation, trine, super stardust HD among others, anyway i messaged him about the dead nation soundtrack and he replied with


"Thanks Gary! I'm hoping to have Dead Nation OST up on sale in 2-3 months. It will take some work to produce the dynamic music (in-game) to single track format."

So there we have it, sometime around September we should be able to listen to the awesome music from the game :-)

I think this is the best zombie shooter game to come in years. The audio was noticeably very well done and I'm looking forward to the soundtrack's release.

Nothing really. On composer's website there's a track listing (23 of them) and a note that the soundtrack is " is not yet available".
His facebook page only mentions a recent release of a new DLC for Dead Nation.

Bummer...is it possible to rip the music? Some have done it with certain XBLA titles i think, so wondering if the same is possible on PSN?

Dead Nation has sequenced music, which means there are little peaces of audio played out each time in different order depending on the situation.

It's not really a good idea to try and glue them all together, as the result is not going to be very smooth.
